Aquent is partnering with a globally recognized leader in smart home technology and consumer electronics hardware, celebrated for its innovative, user-friendly device ecosystems and highly disruptive consumer-facing marketing campaigns. This organization is currently driving a massive centralized brand rollout and an ambitious timeline of international product launches, offering an unparalleled opportunity to shape global brand identity.
Are you a creative “Swiss Army Knife” ready to make a significant impact on a global scale? This is a unique opportunity for a talented Brand Designer / Visual Designer to join a central marketing group and become a critical production engine within a high-velocity studio environment. You will be instrumental in transforming localized and international campaign briefs into stunning, cohesive digital assets and tangible print collateral that not only accurately represent the brand’s identity but also captivate audiences worldwide. Your work will directly influence the visual language of groundbreaking product launches and global activations, shaping how millions experience cutting-edge technology.
What You’ll Do
Partner directly with the central marketing team to build out premium digital and print assets supporting major product launches and global activations. Champion design consistency across high-exposure channels, handling ad-hoc creative requests from diverse international business units. Set up technical print production files, multi-city out-of-home (OOH) campaigns, point-of-sale assets, and collateral layouts. Experiment with and implement emerging creative automation software and Generative AI technology to streamline asset variation modeling.
Must-Have Qualifications
Minimum of 4 years of proven design experience, preferably creating brand assets for major tech brands, household name hardware products, or leading consumer accounts at a top-tier creative agency. A true hybrid portfolio showcasing high-end digital design capabilities alongside hard, highly technical print production work (OOH campaigns, packaging mechanicals, pre-press setups). Master-level proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, as well as Figma. A collaborative and highly adaptable mindset, comfortable with variable weekly hourly allocations (ranging between 24 and 40 hours depending on project pipeline). Eagerness to collaborate on-site at a cutting-edge regional office hub.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
Strong exposure to, or deep practical curiosity about, Generative AI suites (e.g., Midjourney) and ad-automation workflow tools.
Ready to Apply?
Please submit your resume alongside a link to your digital portfolio. Ensure your portfolio explicitly highlights integrated campaign examples displaying both digital assets and large-format print/OOH components.
