  1. Leadership  (SQM within a category without leading responsibility, Lead suppliers)    
  2. Supplier Advanced Quality Planning        
  3. Supplier Quality Management        
  4. Supplier Strategy / Category  Management /PCN: Product/Process Change Notification       
  5. Supplier Performance        
  6. Reporting        
  7. Audits        
  8. 3D/3F+ Collaboration        
  9. Supplier Quality Improvement Program (SQIP)        
  10. Active Supplier Development (ASD)        
     

Qualifications

  1. Quality Management (including Quality policies, systems and processes)    
  2. SQM Processes and Product Life Cycle (PLC)    
  3. Quality assurance know-how, product safety issues and risk management    
  4. Management skills, tools and techniques (Balanced Scorecard, Benchmarking, etc.)    
  5. Human relations skills (team skills, conflict management, open-mindedness, networking)    
  6. Communication skills, including Presentation and Negotiation techniques    
  7. Problem solving and decision making tools and techniques    
  8. Project management skills, tools and techniques    
  9. Process/Technology Knowledge for components: LCD, OLED, Backlight Unit, Cover glass/Mirrors, Touch foils    
  10. Process/Technology Knowledge in optical bonding processes    
  11. Technology Knowledge for Design for Manufacturing (DFM)    
  12. Knowledge in Data Management and evaluation (SQIS, Business Warehouse)
