What you'll doWithin the Learning & Knowledge Management organisation, you translate business requirements and architectural designs into effective learning solutions. You work on two to three solutions at a time, typically more advanced formats such as instructor-led training, for a varied audience of technical and business roles.Work with business partners, architects, subject matter experts and stakeholders to map out learning requirements and capability needsCreate detailed designs for learning solutions using current design methodologies and learning technologiesDevelop programme materials and interventions that resonate with the target audience and support effective knowledge transferApply insights from adult learning theory to maximise the impact of each solutionSafeguard alignment with global quality standards, guidelines and architectural regulationsDesign impact measurement and evaluation materials, including questionnaires, surveys and structured interviewsHand over completed solutions to the delivery organisationSupport the selection, integration and maintenance of learning and knowledge management platformsBuild and maintain a stakeholder network, consulting it regularly and managing expectations throughoutWhat you bringMaster's degree, or an equivalent level of working and thinking supported by solid experienceDidactical background, with demonstrable experience in the design and development of learning activitiesBroad understanding of business processes in a complex organisationExperience with learning design methodologies and learning technologies, such as learning management systemsExcellent command of English, both written and spokenWhat's on offerAn assignment within the internal academy of an internationally leading high-tech companyEmployment conditions equal to those of the client's own employees, including holiday and ADV days in accordance with the client's collective labour agreementA full-time assignment of 40 hours per week; 32 hours is negotiableRegular day shift, with the option to work from home part of the week (three days on site)A temporary assignment running until 25 January 2027Personal guidance from Trinamics throughout the entire assignmentLocationEindhoven regionPlease note: this role is not suitable for freelancers or self-employed contractors (zzp'ers).
