Final Year Project : Design of the Environmental & OH&S Management Framework (Documentation + Procedures)

Role Overview

This project focuses on creating the complete documentation architecture for ISO 14001 and ISO 45001. The role involves integrating this new system into the existing IMS, which includes ISO 9001 and ISO 27001. The primary goal is to establish a coherent documentation backbone aligned with Annex SL.

Key Responsibilities

• Define the overall documentation structure.
• Create environmental and occupational health and safety policies.
• Write all mandatory procedures required for the standards.
• Develop operational controls and emergency procedures.
• Create necessary templates, forms, and registers.
• Integrate all new documents into the existing IMS structure.

Requirements Snapshot

• Be a final-year Engineering student or a Master's degree student.
• Pursue a degree in Environmental, Industrial, or Health & Safety Engineering.
• Alternatively, study Quality Management or Environmental Management.
• Knowledge of ISO management systems is considered a strong asset.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, and 27001 is beneficial.
