Begeisterung der Kundschaft – Begrüße die Kundschaft mit unserem einzigartigen Tee, hilf ihr, ihre Lieblingsprodukte zu finden und überrasche sie mit großartigen Empfehlungen.

Verkaufsperformance – Behalte die Zahlen im Blick und motiviere dich mit kleinen Erfolgen, wie das Perfektionieren einer Produktgeschichte oder das Gewinnen neuer Mitglieder.

Umsetzung der Retail-Standards – Arbeite an der Kasse, nimm Warenlieferungen entgegen und stelle sicher, dass die Boutique jederzeit ansprechend und gut bestückt ist.
