Job Description

Department / Service: Learning & Development & DigitalizationReporting to: Digital Learning ManagementFull-time or 4/5 time arrangement (to be discussed with our client).This role requires a balance between creativity and technical skills to ensure a seamless and engaging learning experience. Candidate Profile :Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree (preferred) in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or Learning Design.Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital content creation and LMS administration within multicultural or international environments.

Key Responsibilities :1. Digital Learning Design & Instructional Engineering (60%)· Creative Production: Use advanced authoring tools (Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Suite, Synthesia, Vyond) to draft storyboards, write scripts, and create interactive modules, videos, and assessments.· Project Management: Lead module creation and oversee execution with external agencies or freelancers, ensuring compliance with project specifications.· Pedagogical Alignment: Apply adult learning theories to translate business needs into measurable learning objectives.· International Rollout: Manage translation processes and adapt learning modules for a diverse, international audience.

2. LMS Administration & Operational Support (30%)· Platform Management: Oversee daily LMS operations (content integration, learning pathway design, enrollments, technical troubleshooting).· User Support: Act as the technical point of contact for internal teams and regional administrators to maximize platform capabilities.

3. Reporting, Data & Analytics (10%)· Activity Tracking: Analyze training data to build dashboards and reports for leadership.· Continuous Improvement: Provide recommendations to optimize existing courses based on user feedback and quantitative data.· Full-time or 4/5 time arrangement (to be discussed with our client).
