Designer Outerwear at Goldbergh

The role

As a Designer Outerwear, you will manage the entire category from technical ski jackets to mid-season coats. You will oversee the process from initial sketches and fabric selection to final fit approval while maintaining the brand's signature style.

What you'll do

• Manage the complete outerwear category from initial concept to final production
• Translate seasonal concepts into a commercially balanced product range
• Select technical fabrics membranes and insulation materials for high performance
• Create detailed tech packs and guide factories through the prototyping process
• Collaborate with Product Development and Sales to ensure commercial viability
• Monitor fashion trends and performance innovations to integrate into collections

What you'll bring

• Degree in Fashion Design with five years of outerwear design experience
• Expertise in technical fabrics garment construction and performance details
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and experience creating comprehensive tech packs
• Strong commercial insight and understanding of premium or luxury markets
• Fluent communication skills in both Dutch and English
