AECOM is seeking a Designer- Architecture BIM to join our growing Water Design group in the EC China

岗位职责：
- 负责带领建筑BIM小组配合客户及领导办公室完成从方案设计、深化设计、详细设计以及施工图阶段的全过程配合工作，确保按时交付。
- 负责建筑设计、BIM运作管理及多专业沟通协调。
- 熟练运用相关的BIM软件，能够自主学习并消化客户提供的建筑设计标准、BIM的执行计划，负责项目BIM的策划和执行。
- 与客户对接工作任务的接收和分配，负责产品的质量，技术培训、文件管理、项目组人员绩效等管理工作。
- 维护良好的客户关系，定期上报项目情况，并落实KPI。
- 负责完成公司，或上级主管指派的其他任务。
职位要求
- 建筑设计本科以上学历。
- 流利的英文口语及专业英文书面表达能力，大学英语四级及以上。
- 5年以上多个建筑设计项目经验，有海外建筑设计项目BIM管理经验更佳。
- 具备丰富的建筑设计能力，较强的多专业技术经验和多专业沟通协调能力，有中、大型项目的设计经验。
- 本岗位偏重于采用Revit BIM完成建筑设计图纸；要求熟练应用Revit BIM、Dynamo、AutoCAD、Microsoft office等相关软件。
- 责任心强，服从工作安排，具备优秀的组织能力和团队合作精神。
