Role Overview

This mid-level Brand Designer role focuses on managing the design needs for over 170 Numa properties across Europe. You will act as the primary contact for operations and marketing, bridging the gap between brand strategy and physical property assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage signage and offline communication requests through Asana
• Define project scope and timelines independently for property management
• Create property-related design materials including wayfinding and room guides
• Develop self-service templates to help properties stay on-brand
• Prepare design files for print vendors and oversee production handoff
• Collaborate with the Brand Identity team to maintain visual standards
