Graphic Designer

Job Description

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team in Phu Quoc, Vietnam. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in developing visually compelling marketing materials and promotional collateral that align with our brand standards and captivate our audience.

• Create innovative visual concepts and designs for various marketing materials, including digital advertisements, social media content, and print collateral
• Develop and maintain consistent brand identity across all marketing channels
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to conceptualise and execute design projects that meet business objectives
• Convert designs to appropriate formats for digital advertising, social media platforms, and print production
• Ensure all design work aligns with our brand guidelines and effectively communicates our message to target audiences
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and providing regular updates on project status
• Stay current with design trends and best practices, incorporating new ideas and techniques into your work
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide creative input for marketing campaigns and initiatives
• Maintain an organised digital asset library for easy access and retrieval of design files

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your best work
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software, particularly Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout
• Strong creative and conceptual skills with the ability to translate ideas into visually appealing designs
• Experience in creating designs for both digital and print media
• Keen eye for detail and ability to maintain consistency across various projects
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently
• Familiarity with current design trends and best practices in the industry
• Experience with video editing and motion graphics is a plus
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and web design principles is desirable
