Role Overview

This role focuses on designing and developing the ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 documentation system. The project aims to integrate this new architecture into the existing IMS, which includes ISO 9001 and ISO 27001, following Annex SL principles.

Key Responsibilities

• Define the overall documentation structure.
• Create environmental and occupational health and safety policies.
• Write all mandatory procedures required for the standards.
• Develop operational controls and emergency procedures.
• Create necessary templates, forms, and registers.
• Integrate all new documents into the existing IMS structure.

Requirements Snapshot

• Be a final-year Engineering student.
• Alternatively, be a Master's degree student.
• Pursue studies in Environmental, Industrial, or Health & Safety Engineering.
• Consider studies in Quality Management or Environmental Management.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, and 27001 is a strong asset.

Expected Impact

This project will establish the essential documentation backbone for ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, ensuring seamless coherence across all existing and new management system standards. The successful integration will result in updated IMS documentation, including new policies, procedures, and operational controls, along with a digital document management proposal.
