Job Description
We're looking for an experienced Dot Net Architect to join our organization in Bengaluru, India. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and overseeing the implementation of robust, scalable .NET solutions that align with our business objectives. You will provide technical leadership, establish architectural standards, and mentor development teams to deliver high-quality enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise with strategic thinking and a passion for building innovative solutions.
- Design and architect enterprise-level .NET applications using industry best practices and design patterns
- Evaluate and recommend technology stacks, frameworks, and tools to optimize performance and maintainability
- Develop comprehensive technical specifications and architectural documentation for development teams
- Lead the design and implementation of microservices-based architectures and cloud-native solutions
- Oversee database design, optimization, and implementation strategies for SQL Server and NoSQL platforms
- Establish and enforce coding standards, architectural guidelines, and security best practices across teams
- Mentor and guide development teams on architectural decisions, design patterns, and technical implementation
- Analyze system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimization strategies
- Collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, and business analysts to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Evaluate emerging technologies and assess their applicability to organizational needs
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure quality and consistency
- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies for continuous integration and delivery
Qualifications
- 10-15 years of professional experience in .NET development and software architecture
- Expert-level proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, and ASP.Net Core / Asp.Net Framework
- Strong expertise in software design patterns (SOLID principles, Gang of Four patterns) and architectural patterns
- Proven experience designing and implementing microservices-based architectures
- Advanced knowledge of relational databases (SQL Server) and NoSQL databases
- Demonstrated expertise in RESTful API design and development
- Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services (AWS)
- Strong understanding of system design, scalability, and performance optimization
- Proficiency with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Knowledge of enterprise application integration patterns and practices
- Solid understanding of security best practices and secure coding principles
- Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach
- Strong communication and leadership abilities with proven mentoring experience
- Preferred: Experience with enterprise service buses, message queuing systems, and event-driven architectures
