Design Engineer_DCCC

Role Overview

This role involves the complete concept and detailed design of Hydraulic Power Units (HPUs) and Manifolds, ensuring they meet customer requirements. The position also requires supporting standardization, optimizing designs for cost savings, and resolving quality issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete concept and detail design for HPU & Manifold according to customer requirements.
• Check drawings and Bills of Materials (BOMs) for other engineers.
• Solve quality issues in the shop floor and at customer sites.
• Support or lead standardization design tasks.
• Optimize product structure design schemes to save costs and provide Continuous Improvement Process (CIP) solutions.
• Develop industry design standards.

Requirements Snapshot

• Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering.
• Over 3 years of experience in an Engineering role.
• Mechanical and Hydraulic Design Experience.
• Product knowledge and Industry sector knowledge.
• Familiarity with problem-solving methodologies (e.g., 5 Why, PS, 8D).
