Role Overview

This role involves technical communication with the sales department for pre-project phases and designing hydraulic cylinders based on customer requirements and design specifications. The position requires a strong understanding of design principles, cost-effectiveness, and manufacturing feasibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the sales department in technical communication for pre-project phases.
• Conduct hydraulic cylinder quotations, conceptual design, and detailed design according to customer requirements and design standards.
• Ensure design solutions are economically rational, considering material selection and manufacturing/assembly feasibility.
• Handle and analyze design-related issues.
• Lead or participate in CIP projects (design processes, specifications, standardization).
• Train junior engineers in their skills.

Requirements Snapshot

• Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 2-5 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Pro-E, and office software.
• CET-4 English level or above, with the ability to read/write English documents.
• Hydraulic cylinder work experience is preferred.
