Responsibilities
· Geotechnical design, preparation of supporting calculations, reports, and specifications related to foundation design, earthworks, slope engineering, retaining wall design, underground excavations, ground treatment, and ground investigation.
· Responsibility for small projects and reviewing the work of externally procured consultants working on larger, more complex projects.
· Coordinates and supervises the daily activities of a project team, including allocating and checking work and providing feedback on performance.
· Coordinates activities with colleagues and team members to meet deadlines and achieve set targets in the most effective and efficient way.
· Ensures junior team members are adhering to delivery standards and ensures essential procedures are followed based on knowledge of the industry.
· Provides recommendations on resourcing (people) requirements for specific projects to more senior team members.
· Leads the development and submission of proposals for routine, low-risk projects and contributes to the development of proposals for moderately complex projects.
· Supports in development of business by maintaining client relationships and ensuring client loyalty and repeat work through excellent customer service and delivery.
