We're opening Tylko Design Studio - a brand-new design hub in Westfield Amstelveen, just minutes from Amsterdam. A place where people can discover Tylko for the first time, explore our customizable furniture and materials, experience our digital configurator, and get expert design advice from our team.

We're looking for people who genuinely love design, enjoy working with others, and get excited about creating exceptional customer experiences. Whether you're helping someone design their dream bookshelf or introducing them to Tylko for the very first time, you'll play a key role in bringing our brand to life.

Requirements

What you'll do

As a Design Advisor:

• Become the face of Tylko - inspire customers, introduce them to our design-first approach, and help them create furniture perfectly tailored to their space.

• Create exceptional customer experiences - combine design advice, storytelling, and our digital configurator to guide customers from inspiration to purchase, achieve sales goals, and make every visit memorable.

• Join a creative, supportive team  - collaborate closely with our Warsaw HQ and fellow Design Advisors across Europe, share ideas, learn from each other, gather customer insights, and help shape the future of Tylko's offline retail experience while keeping the space beautifully presented.

As Team Lead:

• Own the kiosk - help us launch and run our brand-new Design Studio, take responsibility for its daily operations, organise shifts, and make sure both the team and the space deliver an exceptional experience every day.

• Lead with a customer-first mindset - coach and inspire your team, support their growth, solve problems as they arise, and create a culture where outstanding customer experience and sales performance always go hand in hand.

• Build the future of Tylko Retail - work hand in hand with our Warsaw HQ, share ideas and insights from the store, and play a key role in shaping how Tylko grows offline through continuous improvements and operational excellence.

• You have previous experience working with customers - whether in retail, a design showroom, a concept store, or even your favourite neighbourhood café.

• You genuinely love design, interiors, architecture, or furniture, and enjoy inspiring others.

• You naturally connect with people, build trust quickly, and love creating memorable customer experiences.

• You're proactive, hands-on, and enjoy taking ownership rather than waiting for someone else to solve the problem.

• You're comfortable with digital tools and excited by innovative products.

• You speak Dutch and English fluently.

• For the Team Lead role: you're an organised leader who enjoys planning shifts, coordinating people, solving day-to-day challenges, and helping a team perform at its best.
