Creative/Design Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for passionate architects and graphic designers who are driven, proactive, and eager to contribute to a highly dynamic team. Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in architecture, urban design, interior design, graphic design, visual communications, or an equivalent qualification. 

Students in their final year may still apply for entry-level roles, but this position is intended for individuals with relevant professional experience. 

As a Graphic Design Specialist II, you will play an integral role in our growing multidisciplinary design team, which works on a wide variety of global projects. In this position, you’ll be expected to coordinate multiple design initiatives simultaneously, support and guide junior designers, and take full ownership of projects from the concept phase through to final delivery. 

Our architectural group is looking for talented professionals ready to contribute to projects that span the entire design lifecycle—from concept to construction—supported by technical expertise and collaborative workflows, including BIM integration. 

You will be required to: 

• Coordinate and oversee multiple graphic design projects to ensure timely, high-quality delivery 

• Guide and support junior designers, providing mentorship and design direction 

• Take ownership of design projects from conceptualization through to completion 

• Collaborate closely with project managers to align design goals with broader project objectives 

• Create and edit compelling visual content across a variety of formats 

• Execute a wide range of graphic design and multimedia tasks 

• Design and produce marketing and communication materials for both print and digital platforms 

• Manage document layout, desktop publishing, digital printing, and graphic design tasks 

• Develop templates and layouts for documents, posters, presentations, banners, and other media—always in alignment with company branding and design standards 

• Work in close collaboration with both local and international teams to ensure successful project outcomes 

Qualifications

Candidates must have: 

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English 

• A passion for precision, problem-solving, and creative detail 

• Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere) 

• Excellent attention to detail with a sharp eye for visual design and aesthetics 

Preferred qualifications and skills: 

• Knowledge of Adobe After Effects is an advantage 

• Ability to work independently and deliver within established timelines and with high accuracy 

• A collaborative spirit and strong commitment to teamwork in a dynamic, evolving environment, supporting international clients
