We are seeking a Brake Engineer to design, develop, validate, and release brake systems and components for vehicle programs. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and manufacturing to ensure brake systems meet performance, safety, durability, and cost targets. Key Responsibilities
Lead design, development, and release of brake system components (calipers, rotors, boosters, master cylinders, brake lines, ABS, and ESC systems).
Work with suppliers to ensure component designs meet performance, durability, and safety requirements.
Develop and execute validation plans, including laboratory and vehicle-level testing.
Analyze test data, prepare reports, and recommend design changes as needed.
