Role Overview

This role is responsible for the engineering, design, development, validation, timing, and production release of new Steering Systems. It also involves supporting the development and maintenance of chassis structures and components, driving project execution from an operational perspective.

• Responsible for the engineering, design, development, validation, timing, and production release of all new Steering Systems.
• Support the development and maintenance of chassis structures and components.
• Drive project execution from an operational perspective.
• Work independently or with a small team to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Ensure safe, high-quality, and efficient use of all company resources.

Requirements Snapshot

• A Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering is required.
• Candidates need 1–4 years of experience in engineering development and production release for relevant systems.
• Experience in steering-specific systems is preferred.
• Experience with component and system design, development, and validation is essential.
• This includes system-level bench testing and vehicle-level testing for steering systems.
