Content Designer, Language & Systems at Wix

Job Description

As a Content Designer, Language & Systems, you'll join a core team within the Writers Guild, building the tooling, documentation, standards, and evaluation workflows that make it possible to generate and update UX content at scale, reliably and consistently, in line with our guidelines. This is a central role that shapes the content across our product that reaches users every day, and it calls for a systems thinker — someone who can see content problems clearly and build solutions that scale, working as a true team player across disciplines. You'll be central to defining how content governance works across both human and agentic workflows, while also educating writers and non-writers on these systems and best practices. You'll mentor UX writers and collaborate closely with infra teams, designers, product managers, and developers throughout the product lifecycle.

In your day-to-day, you will:

• Define new strategies for improving the quality of generated UX content across Wix  

• Build and evolve content governance processes  

• Identify gaps and create scalable systems to address them  

• Mentor UX writers and Wix creators, fostering a culture of craft  

• Champion the adoption of AI tools by running workshops, sharing updates, identifying opportunities for adoption, and participating in guild content reviews  

• Collaborate with product localization, customer care, and marketing teams when tools can impact their day-to-day

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a UX writer or Content Designer  

• Proven leadership or managerial experience in the field of UX writing, content design, or content strategy  

• Genuine enthusiasm for AI tools and integrating them into practice  

• You have built systems other teams depend on: experience creating programmatic style guides, evaluation frameworks, reusable UI patterns, or rule-based terminology systems that became the authoritative source of truth for an entire organization  

• Understanding of localization process and workflows: Experience building core frameworks that naturally scale across languages, regions, and assistive technology contexts  

• Exceptional communication skills in native level English — written and verbal  

• Experience in large organizations with an understanding of how to scale – an advantage  

• Hebrew proficiency – an advantage
