This role is part of our Design team, based in Skopje/Zagreb/Split. Together, we focus on delivering cutting-edge solutions for some of the world’s leading brands, such as Meta, TikTok, eBay, Netflix, Logitech, Philips, and more, while fostering an environment of global collaboration and innovation.

JOB PURPOSE

We're seeking a talented Visual Designer to join our team and create captivating visual designs for our clients. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our creative and sales teams to translate concepts and ideas into compelling visual designs for digital media. Your expertise in Figma and Adobe, along with your strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout, will be essential in producing high-quality graphics and other visual elements that effectively communicate our clients' messages. You will ensure brand consistency and deliver visually appealing designs that meet our clients' standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Produce visually appealing designs that effectively communicate key messages to target audiences and adhere to clients' brand guidelines;
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver designs that align with project goals;
• Ensure your design work reflects current industry trends by staying informed and incorporating them as needed;
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet project deadlines;
• Ensure all design work is high-quality, and meets accessibility and usability standards;
• Collaborate closely with art directors to guarantee precise and effective design implementation across all platforms.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in: Layout design for social media campaigns, digital campaigns, presentation decks, branding and/or eCommerce;
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)—able to work efficiently within shared files and design systems;
• Experience in developing and refining initial concepts—whether your own or those of others—to produce high-quality visual designs;
• Well organized, responsible and dedicated to your work;
• Self-learning and being able to learn new tools quickly and work in a fast evolving environment;
• Full working proficiency in the English language;
• Located and directly available to start working in Macedonia or Croatia.
