Role Overview

This role is for a Digital Experience UX/UI Specialist at Sungrow, focusing on enhancing digital products to meet the demand for sustainable energy. The specialist will be responsible for user experience and interface design, collaborating across departments, and maintaining the design system.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, needs analysis, and user testing to optimize product experience.
• Design and implement user interaction flows, ensuring consistent user experience across platforms.
• Responsible for product interface design, from visual aesthetics to interactive elements.
• Participate in the enhancement and maintenance of the product UI component library.
• Work closely with product managers and development teams on design solutions.
• Assist in the construction and optimization of the design system for consistency.

Requirements Snapshot

• 3-5 years of experience in UX/UI design, involved in complete project lifecycles.
• Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, and Adobe suite.
• Strong interface design skills for multiple platforms (Web, iOS, Android).
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• English (C1) proficiency is required.
