Game Designer (UX/UI)

Job Description

Our Barcelona studio is looking for a Game Designer with extensive experience in UI/UX design:

Responsibilities:

•Design fun and immersive gameplay and meta-game systems, following briefings.

•Taking care of the whole design documentation with especial focus on UI fakes and flows and the overall User Experience.

•Overall work in creative, benchmarking and analysis-related tasks (playtests, surveys, tracking data) to continuously improve User Experience.

•Follow-up, maintenance and continuous improvement of assigned features

•Coordinate with your teammates: coordinating with art and development teams assigned to the project with the associated producer

Qualifications

•Strong knowledge of UI/UX Design

•Proven experience (2+ years) working in this area of game design

•Able to convey ideas concisely as part of a detailed analysis (of a briefing or request), and to clearly formalize complex concepts and ideas

•Able to illustrate and/or prototype your ideas visually using standard industry production tools (Figma, Confluence, Photoshop, etc.)

•Good documentation skills & attention to detail

•Passion for creating video games

•Knowledge of classic console and freemium mobile game market

•Motivation and ability to communicate as part of the project development team;

•Able to listen to feedback from other people to achieve the best possible quality

•Good level of English

Assets:

•Experience working in racing games

•Experience working in multiple platforms (ideally a mobile one + a PC/Console one)

•Racing fan or gamer

•High visual creativity
