Our Dasher & Logistics team owns the end-to-end Dasher experience from supply, efficiency to net-new bets. Design plays an important role, providing important thought partnership in product development. This is where you come in.

About the Role

DoorDash is looking for a Staff Product Designer to lead design and strategy across the end-to-end Dasher experience with a specific focus on delivery quality and last-mile delivery. This role involves designing cohesive experiences across both physical and digital touchpoints, enabling Dashers to transition smoothly and efficiently through various scenarios during their dash journey. The Dasher design team makes a massive impact on the millions of drivers’ experience throughout the full end-to-end lifecycle and our mission is to help Dashers reach their financial goals through flexibility and stability. As DoorDash has grown, the Dasher team supports multiple different products and our logistics platform needs to flex and accommodate nuances to help Dashers provide the highest quality delivery experience; making this a compelling design challenge.

The role can be based in San Francisco or New York and will report into the Head of Design for Core Dasher Experiences. This is a hybrid role, with some time in-office and some time remote.

Compensation

The successful candidate's starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.  Base salary is localized according to an employee’s work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.

In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants. Talk to your recruiter for more information.

The national base pay ranges for this position within the United States, including Illinois and Colorado.
