We are looking for a Specialist Business Designer to join our Global Design Center team. In this role, you will take ownership of a dedicated concept segment, combining strategic thinking, creativity, and analytical skills. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders and collaborate strongly with our international teams, including China.

What you will be doing: 

• Develop and drive product strategies within the assigned concept segment.
• Conduct market intelligence activities and provide actionable insights into trends, competitors, and industry developments.
• Gather and analyze customer insights to shape product positioning and innovation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple departments and international teams, ensuring alignment and integration of business and design perspectives.
• Contribute to building forward-looking concepts that combine design, technology, and market relevance.
• Present and communicate findings, strategies, and recommendations effectively to decision-makers.

What you will bring: 

• University degree in Business, Design Management, Marketing, or related field.
• Experience in product strategy, market analysis, or business design—preferably within the automotive or technology industries.
• Enthusiasm and understanding of the automotive market, design, and emerging technologies.
• Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative, international team.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with stakeholders across departments and regions.

• English (fluent, required)
• German or another European language, or Chinese (advantageous)
• Experience in international work environments is highly valued.
