Senior UX/UI Designer (f/m/d)

Job Description

As a Senior UX/UI Designer at Enpal you will be working in a fast-paced, agile environment, and have a key role in shaping our internal tools. Your role is rooted in customer empathy and product thinking and will shape how we collaborate across software development, product management, with a lean, experimentation-led business model.

You’ll start with the customer experience and work backwards, gaining deep insights into the user journey, their pain points and needs, to explore concepts that satisfy both user expectations and business objectives.

Responsibilities

· Gather feedback by facilitating interviews and workshops to analyze problems
· Visualize concepts and ideas to wireframes and prototypes
· Analyze user behavior to come up with solutions for tailored workflows
· Work in a cross-functional team with product managers, engineers and stakeholders
· Present and communicate design solutions

Qualifications

· 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, especially in agile and lean product environments
· Proven experience applying design processes to lead complex initiatives
· Experience with design systems, style guides, and scalable component libraries to maintain visual consistency
· Expertise in user research, usability testing, wireframing, prototyping, and user flows
· Proficient in Figma
· Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
· Familiarity with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and inclusive design principles
· Strong belief in lean, iterative design: building MVPs, testing with real users, and evolving solutions based on data
· Proficient in English and German
