Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer who will be accountable for defining product specifications and designing fully-functional features (web & mobile). If you have an eye for color and shape, and you are able to translate requirements into practical product features, then this might be the right opportunity for you!

Being part of a fast growing and ambitious environment, you will collaborate with multiple teams and iterate rapidly based on feedback. We strive to create an emotional, engaging, functional and fun experience for our users in our web & mobile apps.

What you’ll do:

• Create UX/UI designs for features and products.

• Work closely, collaborate and communicate with the design team, product managers, engineers, data analysts, and cross-functional stakeholders to understand requirements and provide thoughtful solutions.

• Integrate user feedback and business requirements into ongoing product experience updates.

• Maintain and evolve the design system with the design team and keep consistency across platforms and brands.

• Create user flows and wireframes to build user interface mockups, prototypes.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in Product Design

• Fluent in current design tools (i.e. Sketch, Figma, etc.) (We currently use Figma)

• Excellent eye for detail and a self-motivated problem solver

• Superior analytical skills and a strong sense of urgency and ownership in your work

• Strong communication and collaboration skills (English is a must)

Nice to have (optional):

• Degree in Digital Design or  Graphic Design or Computer Science or HCI psychology

• Familiar working with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban/XP)

• Miro, Zeplin, Jira

• Design Systems at Scale

• Experience with Interaction Design (Animations,Transitions etc. )

• Ability to understand programming
