Original Job Description

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to help us build intuitive, scalable tools that empower personal injury attorneys to advocate more effectively for their clients. You’ll contribute to high-impact projects across our AI-driven legal platform by designing thoughtful solutions that streamline complex legal workflows and expand how technology can support justice.

You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional partners in engineering, product, and AI/ML to shape user experiences from early exploration through execution. This is a chance to grow as a designer in a technically sophisticated and mission-driven environment, working with a kind, sharp, and ambitious team that cares deeply about impact and craft.

This is a hybrid role with the expectation of working at least 3 days a week from one of our office hubs. Job title and level to be determined based on candidate’s background and interview performance.

What you'll do:

  • Understand internal and external user needs through user research and usability testing; leverage user insights to design powerful, efficient, and delightful products and features.

  • Design, prototype, and build cutting-edge AI-powered solutions that tackle a wide range of user challenges, ensuring ease of use and scalability across various platforms.

  • Collaborate with a highly-skilled engineers, product managers, data scientists, machine learning researchers, and others to ship high-quality features, with high velocity. 

  • Collaborate with highly-skilled leaders across product marketing, sales, customer success, and operations to ensure seamless user experiences during new feature launches and customer onboardings, using feedback to refine designs continuously.

  • Own all UI/UX aspects of a product area, from flows to UI to interactions to copy

  • Influence the broader product strategy of the company.
