About the role

  • Shape Photoroom’s visual identity: from product launch videos and event visuals to swag, decks, and social content, you’ll create assets that define how millions of people experience our brand.

  • Be the creative engine of our internal studio: You’ll join our Creative Studio team, producing at pace without sacrificing quality. Expect variety, autonomy, and the chance to have your work seen everywhere.

  • Connect product and brand into one cohesive story. You’ll bridge the gap between product design and brand expression, making sure every interaction on every platform feels consistent, memorable, and impactful.

  • Leverage AI tools to work smarter, not slower. Use cutting-edge creative and AI tools to accelerate production, so you can focus your energy on bold ideas and high-impact execution.

  • Collaborate directly with leadership. You’ll work side by side with the Head of Design and partner with growth, marketing, and community teams, ensuring design is central to every launch and campaign.

  • Full-breadth creativity: You’ll work across media and platforms: from product launch videos, social banners, and in-app visuals to sales decks, blog covers, brand assets, and even office or event design. Your creativity will shape every touchpoint where the brand comes to life.

  • Hands-on creator. Your portfolio shows breadth across web, print, events, and marketing assets, and you thrive on turning ideas into tangible, high-quality output.

  • You balance speed with impact. You’re action-oriented and pragmatic, able to deliver at pace without losing sight of craft or consistency. Ideally, you’ve been part of a creative team since the inception of a product

  • You think in systems, not just assets. You know how to build and evolve a visual identity that scales, ensuring coherence across digital and physical formats.

  • Top-notch communication:You have the ability to fluently articulate design decisions and are at ease working with various stakeholders across all channels.

  • High ownership and autonomy. You work best in high-ownership environments where you can shape processes, make decisions, and see your impact directly.

  • Technical proficiency: you have mastered design tools such as Figma, and have a good knowledge of graphic and animation tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, or After Effects.

  • Paris-based (or ready to relocate). You want to be close to the heart of our Creative Studio, collaborating in person with the team and helping drive Photoroom’s brand presence forward.
