Roles & Responsibilities :
You will be a senior design engineer developing BMS HW system for a BESS domain
You will have exposure to state-of-the-art designing, layout, compliance, EMI-EMC aspects
You would be own the responsibility of delivering modules/systems on-time, at quality.

Experience :
8 - 10 years
Mandatory/requires Skills :
1. Demonstrated experience developing BMS for energy storage/ESS – High Voltage BMS – between 800V – 1500V systems
2. Rich hands-on experience in Power Electronics concepts for BMS like driver circuits, switching circuits, converter topologies, power converters, etc.
3. Knowledge of clearance and creepage, isolation techniques – High Voltage BMS – between 800V – 1500V systems
4. Experience and strong design knowledge of Digital circuit design, Analog circuit design, ADCs, DACs, OP Amps, microprocessors, microcontrollers & DSPs, etc.
5. Knowledge of Regulatory requirements for Li-ion batteries for Energy storage applications, such as UL9540/UL1973/IEC62619/IEC 60730, etc.
6. Knowledge of PCB layout constraints and design guidelines
7. Knowledge and demonstrated experience with analog front-end circuit design for Li-ion batteries
8. Knowledge and demonstrated experience using simulation tools (for example P-Spice, Matlab, Mathcad)
9. Experience with FMEA, root cause analysis, WCCA
10. Experience working with various sensing methods using various sensors (e.g., temperature sensing, voltage sensing, current sensing, etc.).
11. Experience working with hardware peripherals and communication circuit design.
12. Experience in Power Supply Design
13. Experience working with MOSFET driving
14. Experience in hardware board bring-up activities and validations
15. Knowledge of PCB fabrication and assembly process
Preferred Skills :
1. Knowledge of Altium tool for schematics and layout
2. Knowledge of Safety Regulatory standards like IEC-61508, ISO-26262 when building HW designs)
