Our mission is simple: to motivate people to live their best active lives. We believe in the power of movement to connect and drive people forward.

We are seeking a talented and driven Rive Animator to join our team as a Senior Creative, Motion. As a vital member of our creative department, you will collaborate closely with engineers, product design, and visual design to produce compelling interactive experiences.

This role will be located in one of our US offices: San Francisco, New York or Denver. We follow a flexible hybrid model that generally translates to half your time on-site— three days per week.

You’re excited about this opportunity because you will:

  • Build interactive animations for a personalized brand experience, translating creative visions into dynamic, scalable solutions.
  • Test and champion new feature developments in Rive to bring complex data and brand stories to life.
  • Bridge the gap between design and engineering, owning the technical setup, optimization, and seamless handover of Rive files.
  • Contribute to building scalable motion systems and templates that will define our emerging design language.
  • Collaborate with product, design and engineering to efficiently connect code, design, and animation by using Figma and Rive.
  • Improve our animation tool ecosystem through upgrades, automation solutions, and best practices.
  • Make a direct and measurable impact on our business growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Having a strong background in Rive, to build meticulously crafted, performant, and interactive animations.
  • Establishing and maintaining highly organized Rive file structures, reusable templates, and detailed handoff documentation.
  • Demonstrating a keen eye for detail in visual execution and technical precision, particularly within product motion design.
  • Collaborating energetically and creatively to identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement in our motion pipeline.
  • Rapidly adapting to evolving project needs, and performing exceptionally under pressure.

What You’ll Bring to the Team

  • 4+ years of experience as a Motion Designer, with a portfolio highlighting interactive and product-focused animations.
  • 1–2 years of hands-on Rive experience, including proficiency with its latest features (especially Data Binding) and working closely with developers on file implementation and debugging.
  • Proficiency with design and animation tools such as Figma, After Effects, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Working knowledge of 3D tools like Cinema 4D or Spline for rapid prototyping and asset creation.
  • A collaborative, team-first mindset, thriving in cross-functional environments and energized by working alongside creatives at all levels in a fast-paced setting.
  • Strong visual design skills across multiple mediums, with a systems-oriented and technical approach, and exceptional attention to detail.
