As a Senior Creative Designer at Wooga you will be responsible for developing creative campaigns with clear messaging and ensuring our marketing assets are up to industry standards. You will collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams and act as a design problem-solver who asks  the right questions - what, who and how - to find the best possible solutions for our players. You will ensure a consistent brand language and high-quality assets across games and publishing, all while driving for improved, measurable business performance.

What you will be doing

  • Transform Marketing objectives into creative campaigns and assets
  • Define and own the visual direction of assigned projects and Live Experience campaigns from brief to execution
  • Work closely with other designers, artists, producers and cross-disciplinary teams, while also guiding external partners (freelancers, agencies) to bring ideas to life 
  • Provide clear, structured feedback and confident direction on assets, ensuring all assets meet the highest standards of quality, consistency, and brand style
  • Take a hands-on role in producing marketing materials (such as 2D/3D Animation, Live action production, motion graphics and static ads) to match the quality of our products and create immersive, thematically consistent experiences
  • Take an iterative approach to meaningful assets development, delivering campaigns that achieve measurable results across growth, engagement, retention and monetisation
  • Build narrative-led campaigns with clear focal points across an entire player experience
  • Balance quality with efficiency, even under tight deadlines
  • Help establish and implement consistent design practices & guidelines to guide marketing asset creation

About you

  • Strong background in Graphic Design with the ability to emotionally convey a product’s appeal in a single graphic, video or animation. Skilled in typography, storytelling, composition, layout, colour theory, and brand consistency.
  • A creative and strategic mindset to create campaigns and assets that meet business goals. Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, develop and present ideas and creative concepts with clear reasoning and expected marketing impact
  • Experience in Creative Direction for Motion Design and Video Production and Editing for Content Marketing
  • Ability to handle a variety of exciting projects from concept through to execution; some hands-on, some giving creative direction
  • Prioritisation skills for asset production across marketing channels, without neglecting smaller jobs. 
  • Experience in choosing, briefing and art directing agencies, illustrators and other designers, and adjust with the them the creative direction to meet KPIs
  • Strong working knowledge of digital/mobile marketing pipelines and asset management
  • Expert in design problem-solving skills and troubleshooting with clear and confident communication
  • Strong understanding of player personas, motivations and localisation/culturalization challenges for a global, multilingual audience.
