**ROLE_OVERVIEW**
This role involves assisting in leading the end-to-end product design process, from initial research and ideation through to prototyping, user testing, and delivering high-fidelity designs. The successful candidate will enhance user experience, collaborate with various teams, and contribute to the evolution of design processes within a collaborative and purpose-driven design team.
**KEY_RESPONSIBILITIES**
* Assist in leading the design process, from research and ideation to high-fidelity design delivery.
* Conduct competitive analysis and understand user motivations to inform design solutions.
* Collaborate with stakeholders and engineering teams to translate insights into effective designs and ensure quality implementation.
* Measure the effectiveness of design solutions using qualitative and quantitative methods and iterate based on feedback.
* Enhance user experience through refined interaction design and visual aesthetics.
* Contribute to the evolution of design processes within the team.
**REQUIREMENTS_SNAPSHOT**
* 3+ years of experience in product design.
* Solid understanding of business and product metrics.
* Ability to articulate design decisions and iterate with a growth mindset.
* Strong systems thinking skills, able to contextualize problems within a broader ecosystem.
