This role sits within Endava's UK Close to Client delivery unit, a team that brings together several disciplines to provide deep consulting and delivery expertise to assist Endava's largest clients with their key business priorities, drive growth and improve profitability.  The Product discipline focuses on all elements of Digital Transformation and Product Design & Development.

We are looking for a Manager or Senior Manager to join our Product team to be responsible for delivering and implementing projects and solutions in both a stand alone capacity, and as part of a team.  Potential engagements could include: Digital Transformation, Digital Strategy, Customer-centricity, Product Discovery, Product Strategy, Value Proposition Design, Product Development, Product Management, Concept Design/UX, Go-To-Mkt Strategy (MVP), Branding, Business Analysis, Product Growth & Product Management.

Specific responsibilities include: 

• Leading and participating in projects, and building solutions that both define and deliver against our clients business priorities
• Strengthening client relationships and identifying potential follow-on opportunities 
• Partner with peers across industries and disciplines to build best-class solutions
• Developing frameworks, approaches, solutions and offerings 
• Proactively engaging with the Endava network to build trust in yourself and the team, participating in strategic and planning discussions, cultivating pipelines and maintaining billability

The successful candidate will be a self-motivated, highly energized, detail-oriented individuals who can deliver strategic projects and high impact solutions to clients and build enduring, strategic relationships with internal and external clients.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

• 10 or more years of product design experience with a Bachelor Degree, or less experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA) or PhD in a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Relevant experience at management consulting firm, product or digital agency
• Experience with design thinking/human-centered design methodologies
• Significant focus on impacting ROI
• Strong analytical skills, with demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor
• Self-motivated, results oriented individual with the ability to handle numerous projects concurrently
• Deep knowledge and understanding of at least one industry
• Excellent communication, story-telling, and presentation skills
• Experience of prototyping, responsive design and systems thinking
• Strong technical skill sets blending new emerging technologies with high-quality creative execution.
• Knowledge of UX/UI principles with platform fluency and strong awareness of emerging trends.
• Strong social skills and experience working in global cross-functional teams.
• Capable of leading solo or embedded within high-performing teams.
• Technology mindset, curious, up-to-date with digital trends and applications
• Existing comfort and experience with AI a benefit.  If not, a willingness to receive training and support, and explore the benefits AI can bring is essential.
