The Role
Product Design Managers at Perk directly support Product Designers in delivering their best work while also contributing to high-impact strategic design projects.
As a Product Design Manager, you’ll be leading the design and delivery of feature enhancements that support the growth and evolution of our platform.You’ll team up with Product and Engineering Tribe leads to always keep scope and priorities clear and to advocate for design and the customer within your Tribe and area of ownership.
You’ll help shape the product strategy for a specific Tribe (a group of squads) and fine-tune its design approach, while also guiding product design teams to execute end-to-end user experiences and play a meaningful role in multidisciplinary teams as the design expert.
This role reports to Senior Design Management and is part of the Design Leadership team, shaping how we scale and improve as we grow.

At Perk, we take an IRL-first approach to work, where our team works together in-person 3 days a week. As such, this role requires you to be based within commuting distance of our hubs.
