Turner & Townsend is seeking a Construction Standards Manager to support our client’s Workplace Design team in the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of design and construction standards. This role will be embedded onsite with a leading global technology client and will work closely with the Standards Manager and cross-functional teams to conduct research, develop sub-programs, and evolve workplace design guidelines.
This is a full-time, client-facing position based in Cupertino, CA, requiring onsite presence three days per week (Tuesday through Thursday).
The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in standards development, construction, or workplace design. They should be highly organized, research-driven, and confident presenting findings and recommendations using Keynote.
Responsibilities:
The salary range for this full-time role is $140K-$170K per year. Ranges are determined by role and level and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range is a reflection of base salary only, not of a total compensation package. Please note Turner & Townsend reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range, depending on candidate’s experience and qualifications.
