We are looking for a visionary Creative Lead to shape and elevate the creative direction of Merge Mansion. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll drive innovation across art, narrative, UX, and game design, while maintaining a strong focus on player experience and data-informed decision making. Reporting to the General Manager, you'll collaborate closely with other craft leads while directing creative leaders and their teams to deliver exceptional player experiences.

Responsibilities

• Guiding the creative vision and execution across all creative domains: art, narrative, UX, game design
• Leading creative teams while fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
• Ensuring creative decisions are backed by player insights and performance data
• Driving collaboration between creative disciplines to deliver cohesive player experiences

Requirements

• Proven track record leading creative teams in successful mobile games
• Strong background in game design, art direction, or user experience design
• Experience using data and player feedback to inform creative decisions
• Outstanding communication and team leadership abilities

In addition to these, it would be nice but not mandatory for you to have some of these as well:

• Experience with live service games and continuous content delivery
• Portfolio showcasing creative excellence and innovation
