Lead End-to-End Product Design: Drive the entire design process from discovery and ideation through to detailed implementation, ensuring a relentless focus on quality, speed, and measurable impact.
Coach & Elevate Design Quality: Act as a hands-on leader, directly coaching and mentoring a team of designers to continuously raise the bar for visual and interaction design, setting new standards across the product experience.
Drive Strategic Design Vision: Collaborate intensely with Product, Engineering, and Data Science to align design with ambitious business goals, drawing on strong product and visual instincts and understanding competitor landscapes to shape a clear, impactful strategy.
Deliver Measurable Impact: Champion a data-driven approach, conducting user research and analyzing performance metrics to directly inform design decisions that move key business metrics for users and advertisers.
Own & Enhance the Experience: Proactively identify opportunities for improvement across our products (e.g., Freecash), taking full ownership to redesign, refine, and implement solutions that enhance usability, emotional connection, and overall user satisfaction.
Extensive experience (typically 7+ years) in end-to-end product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing impactful UI/UX work across mobile-first products.
Exceptional visual and interaction design skills, demonstrating a meticulous eye for detail, hierarchy, and accessibility, coupled with a deep care for quality and polish.
Proven ability to lead by example, actively coach designers, and inspire cross-functional teams towards design excellence and high-quality outcomes.
Strong product instinct and strategic thinking, enabling you to form clear design strategies that align with business drivers, user needs, and market opportunities.
A highly data-driven mindset, with experience using research and analytics to inform decisions, measure success, and understand what truly moves the needle.
