What you'll do

  • Lead development and execution of a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with Airtable's business goals and product vision.
  • Lead and mentor a diverse team of creative professionals across design, content strategy, copywriting, video, and motion—fostering a culture of strong concept, craft, and collaboration while ensuring a cohesive brand narrative.
  • Partner closely with product, marketing, and leadership teams to drive brand consistency and elevate Airtable's market presence.
  • Guide the ongoing brand refresh initiative, leading the team through experimentation and iteration to refine brand positioning and voice.

For work locations in the San Francisco Bay Area, Seattle, New York City, and Los Angeles, the base salary range for this role is:

$220,000 - $311,600 USD
