Role Overview
The Head of Brand & Marketing Design will lead, mentor, and grow a team of designers responsible for shaping Raisin's visual identity across all channels. This strategic role involves defining and elevating the brand, transitioning the team to a key partner in brand governance, and ensuring creative alignment across various departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of brand and marketing designers.
- Define and elevate Raisin’s brand identity across digital and physical expressions.
- Transition the team from a reactive support function to a strategic partner in brand governance.
- Set and own the art direction and visual language for marketing campaigns and internal communications.
- Ensure creative alignment across departments including Marketing, Comms, People, and Product.
- Drive quality through design reviews, coaching, and clear processes.
Requirements Snapshot
- 8+ years in brand/marketing/visual design, with 3+ years in leadership roles.
- Experience leading creative teams within fast-paced tech or agency environments.
- Proven ability to set art direction and evolve brand systems.
- Deep understanding of storytelling, campaign creative, and marketing performance.
- Strong communication skills to influence and align at senior levels.
