Graphic Designer (UAE National)

Role Overview

This role supports the Design Management team by leading the graphic design and visual communication for reports, presentations, and bid materials. It ensures high visual quality, brand consistency, and effective communication across all project and work-winning deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in compiling, formatting, and editing reports, presentations, and coordination deliverables.
• Maintain document consistency and structure in alignment with group brands and quality standards.
• Lead the design and layout of high-quality reports, presentations, and bid materials using Adobe InDesign.
• Create compelling infographics, charts, and visual narratives to communicate design intent.
• Develop and maintain InDesign and PowerPoint templates for communication consistency.
• Support the preparation of work-winning materials, including capability statements and competition submissions.

Requirements Snapshot

• Degree or diploma in Architecture, Design, Communication Design, or related discipline.
• Strong design sensibility and understanding of project documentation workflows.
• Excellent written and visual communication skills with a strong eye for detail.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign essential, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat).
• Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint & Word for structured presentations and templates.
