Fire Fighting MEP Engineer – Design (Ports)

Job Description

• Design and review fire protection and detection systems for port and building projects
• Perform hydraulic calculations and pump sizing
• Prepare drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications
• Ensure compliance with NFPA, NBC, and other international standards
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary design teams

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience
• B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

Additional Information

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and working knowledge of Revit MEP.

• Understanding of plumbing and firefighting system design principles.

• Familiarity with relevant codes and standards (NBC, IS, and basic knowledge of NFPA).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
