Role Overview

This role is responsible for overseeing MongoDB's global compensation infrastructure and equity strategy. The Director will drive technological transformation, ensure operational excellence, and lead a team to deliver innovative compensation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the global compensation infrastructure, including pay ranges, equity ranges, and job architecture.
• Lead external survey management and negotiate vendor contracts for accurate benchmarking data.
• Evolve compensation strategy to align with organizational growth, employee engagement, and competitive positioning.
• Partner with leadership to prepare materials for Compensation Committee meetings, providing insights on equity budgets and forecasts.
• Conduct pay equity analyses and manage compliance with global compensation regulations.
• Advance compensation technology ecosystem by implementing tools, automating processes, and creating self-service portals.
