We’re looking for a highly organised, creatively sharp Creative Producer to join Wise’s global Organic Social team.
This role is for a production-minded operator who knows how to turn ambitious ideas into streamlined, scalable shoots — from travel content in Singapore to social skits in Toronto. You’ll lead pre-production, manage logistics, and help us scale our output without sacrificing creativity.
You’ll work alongside researchers, creators, video editors, and social media managers to plan and execute shoots across global markets. If you love spreadsheets and storyboards, this role is your sweet spot.
🚀 What you’ll be doing
Owning the production process for branded, social-first video shoots — from early planning to delivery
Managing pre-production tasks including location scouting, permits, casting, scheduling, and equipment needs
Coordinating internal and external creators across time zones and markets
Partnering with legal, comms, and brand teams to manage approvals, licensing, and risk
Building systems that scale — production calendars, process templates, budgets, and repeatable formats
Helping Wise test new content formats in a more operationally efficient way
Working on shoots ranging from TikToks and travel series to branded collaborations and reactive stunts
A bit about you
You have experience producing shoots — from small scrappy productions to multi-location campaigns
You’re operationally excellent, balancing detail with speed
You’ve worked across pre-production, on-set production, and post — and you’re comfortable owning timelines and deliverables
You’re confident navigating vendors, contracts, budgets, and legal workflows
You understand content production for social platforms like TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram Reels
You’re a problem-solver who stays calm under pressure and thrives in a fast-paced team
