Instructional Designer

Role Overview

This role seeks an Instructional Designer to create engaging learning materials. You will collaborate with subject matter experts and various teams to develop content that aligns with business objectives. The position emphasizes applying adult learning principles and design thinking to innovative learning solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Co-create learning content with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
• Develop diverse learning materials including scripts, guides, toolkits, and assessments.
• Design interactive learning experiences such as simulations, case-based tasks, and practice labs.
• Apply adult learning, agile, and design thinking principles to all created content.
• Collaborate with L&D, Talent Development, and Product teams to align learning with business goals.
• Utilize authoring tools to build and deliver learning solutions.

Requirements Snapshot

• 3+ years of experience in instructional design or L&D content creation.
• A strong portfolio showcasing learning content.
• Proficiency with authoring tools (e.g., Rise360, Storyline, Genially).
• Passion for learning design, project management, and digital tools.
• Upper-intermediate or above English language proficiency.
