Instructional Designer

Role Overview

Seeking a skilled Instructional Designer to develop engaging learning materials. This role involves collaborating with subject matter experts and applying adult learning principles to create impactful educational content.

Key Responsibilities

• Co-create content with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
• Build diverse learning materials including scripts, guides, toolkits, and assessments.
• Design interactive learning experiences such as simulations, case-based tasks, and practice labs.
• Apply adult learning, agile, and design thinking principles to all created content.
• Collaborate with L&D, Talent Development, and Product teams to align learning with business objectives.
• Utilize authoring tools to develop and deliver learning solutions.

Requirements Snapshot

• 3+ years of experience in instructional design or L&D content creation.
• A strong portfolio showcasing learning content.
• Proficiency with authoring tools (e.g., Rise360, Storyline, Genially).
• Passion for learning design, project management, and digital tools.
• Upper-intermediate or above English language proficiency.
