Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Instructional Designer to develop engaging learning materials. This role involves collaborating with subject matter experts and applying adult learning principles to create a variety of content.

Key Responsibilities

• Co-create content with subject matter experts.
• Build learning materials including scripts, guides, toolkits, and assessments.
• Design simulations, case-based tasks, and practice labs.
• Apply adult learning, agile, and design thinking principles.
• Collaborate with L&D, Talent Development, and Product teams.
• Align learning initiatives with business goals.

Requirements Snapshot

• 3+ years of experience in instructional design or L&D content creation.
• Strong portfolio showcasing learning content.
• Experience with authoring tools (e.g., Rise360, Storyline).
• Passion for learning design, project management, and digital tools.
• Upper-intermediate or above English proficiency.
