Graphic Designer

Job Description

Creative and motivated Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team. This role will support the department in producing high-quality designs for a variety of projects, including printable materials, digital campaigns, social media content, presentation design, giveaways, and more. The ideal candidate will bring fresh ideas, be eager to learn, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Designing and producing multimedia elements such as videos, interactive presentations, infographics, and social media posts.
• Design and prepare print materials such as posters, brochures, and event-related materials.
• Develop digital designs that align with our or clients’ branding guidelines.
• Editing and post-processing video footage, adding effects, transitions, and animations to enhance the visual quality and impact.
• Enhancing and manipulating images using software tools to achieve desired visual effects and maintain consistency across platforms.
• Maintaining visual brand identities, including logos, color schemes, typography, and brand guidelines, while developing localized designs and artwork that are compatible with the Middle Eastern market.
• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm creative concepts and execute them effectively.
• Stay up to date with design trends, emerging technologies, and AI-powered tools to enhance the creative process.
• Ensure all designs are delivered on time and meet quality standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); knowledge of After Effects, Premiere Pro, or Canva is a plus.
• 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools and willingness to integrate them into workflows.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Creativity and ability to translate ideas into visually engaging designs.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Team player with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn.
