Role Overview

This is an Employer Branding Smart Start role for a Graphic Designer & Videographer. The position is based in Istanbul Headquarters and requires a minimum of 2.5 days per week commitment. It's an opportunity for motivated students to contribute to employer branding and HR communication initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and design engaging, on-brand graphics for various media.
• Produce and edit videos for social media and internal communication.
• Assist with employer branding and HR communication activities.
• Provide daily coordination support to creative and digital agencies.
• Support the organization of internal and external events.
• Help update websites and internal digital tools.

Requirements Snapshot

• 3rd/4th year or Master's student in relevant fields (e.g., Graphic Design, Media Communication).
• Demonstrated experience in content creation, graphic design, and video editing through projects or internships.
• Proficiency in design and video editing software (e.g., InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects, Premier, Photoshop).
• Active user of Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and spoken English proficiency.
