Florist Designer Supervisor

Role Overview

This role is responsible for the design, creation, and maintenance of all floral arrangements throughout the hotel, from public spaces to guestrooms and events. The position also involves supervising and training the florist team to ensure high standards of execution and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, create, and maintain floral arrangements for various hotel areas and events.
• Supervise and train the florist team, ensuring daily tasks are completed to high standards.
• Collaborate with Banquet, Events, and F&B teams on floral concepts for special functions.
• Monitor inventory, order flowers, and manage supplier relationships for quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Ensure proper care and handling of all floral and decorative items.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the floral workshop and storage areas.

• Minimum 2 years of professional florist experience, with 1 year in a supervisory role.
